CATHY PASHLEY

Cath started her profession as an Accountant within a small accounting firm in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast.

She became a Company Accountant for the Fitzgibbon Group of Hotels in Brisbane for 3 years.

She then started in Body Corporate in 1997 and joined the CTIQ in 2000 after obtaining her Cert IV in Body Corporate from Howard Stewart and she has been the Principal of North Shore Strata for the past 25 years. Cath recently sold North Shore Strata to the Bright Duggan Group and continues to work in the business. Cath is currently Queensland State Manager for Bright-Duggan.
