Our advocacy is informed by the lived experience of our members and grounded in the day-to-day realities of operating within the strata sector. It is deliberate, consistent, and focused on achieving outcomes that improve consumer protection, strengthen professionalism, and support the long-term sustainability of strata communities.

We work constructively with all tiers of government to ensure strata issues are understood early, policy decisions are well informed, and reform reflects how strata actually operates.

Advocacy matters because the decisions being made about strata today will shape how the sector operates for decades to come.

Queensland’s strata legislation was not designed for the scale, complexity, or expectations of modern strata living. Without informed and credible advocacy, reform risks being reactive, fragmented, or disconnected from practical realities.
