Strata Community Association (Qld) is supported by a dynamic team, comprising of six staff members, focusing on core areas to develop a strong membership base for the industry.
MEET OUR TEAM
Laura has over 30 years’ experience in member associations most recently with Queensland Farmers’ Federation (QFF) and Clubs QLD. With a depth of association experience across multiple industry sectors supported by strong advocacy, stakeholder, community engagement, marketing and government relations skills, Laura will be a great asset to the team.
Membership & Administration Coordinator
JJ joined the team at SCA (Qld) in her role as membership coordinator in 2021. Coming from the insurance industry, with a high-level customer service background, she is able to apply her knowledge effectively to the strata industry. JJ also worked around the world prior to settling in Australia.
Events & Sponsorship Manager
Kirsty joined SCA (Qld) in late 2021 to deliver the events and sponsorship benefits. She has a passion for event management, marketing and administration and her experience shines when planning, developing, implementing, and coordinating traditional and digital social events, charity functions, tradeshows and industry dinners.
Natalie joined SCA (Qld) in 2021 and has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of CPA Australia. Prior to starting at SCA (Qld) Natalie held the management rights of a small townhouse complex. She also worked in the business services division of a mid-tier accountancy practice, and as a legal secretary / personal assistant for a Queen’s counsel and legal firms.
Crystal joined us in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Business (Event Management) from Laureate University. With a background in events and marketing, she is keen to continue developing and diversifying her skillset, while making a positive contribution to the strata industry.
Kristian joined SCA (QLD) in early 2021 to help ensure strong advocacy to government as strata living becomes increasingly common in Queensland. Kristian has degrees in Law and Arts as well as significant experience in customer service, media and property. This varied background is critical to ensuring SCA (Qld) has balanced and rigorous advocacy to Government.
