Corporate Strata Management

Membership for corporate strata management firms enabling the company to sign up unlimited employees free of charge.
ANNUAL COST:
$934.11 (plus GST) base per entity
plus $0.81 (plus GST) for every lot managed.
Provisional Corporate Strata Management
- Membership on a provisional basis until full eligibility criteria is met
- Timely information services: e-news, Advocacy Alert, industry magazine, events
- Access to Member Benefit Human Resources Partner
- Up to date professional education
- Access to a wide array of strata industry service providers
- Ability to obtain credentials on the Accreditation Pathway once your provisional status has been served.
- No additional fees for employees
- Invitations to participate in briefings, workshops and forums to contribute to advocacy and policy change in the interests of continually improving strata.
Interim membership for NEW corporate strata management firms enabling you to sign up unlimited employees free of charge.
ANNUAL COST:
$934.11 (plus GST) base
plus $0.81 (plus GST) for every lot managed.
