SIMON BARNARD

Simon is the Managing Director and Principal of Hartley’s Strata Services which is a medium sized strata firm established 20 years ago in 2004 at Sherwood and now operating out of Graceville in Brisbane's West, North Lakes and Bribie Island.

Simon is a past President of the Board of Strata Community Australia (QLD) after serving for 7 years as President and has been recognised for his service to the industry with a fellowship and Honorary Life Membership of the organisation.

Simon is also a past SCA National Board member and has been engaged at an international level through many consultative groups and associations including the C.A.I.

Directly prior to establishing Hartley’s Body Corporate Management Simon had a long and successful 23-year career as a senior manager with Kmart a division of Coles Myer.
