Katrin Watson - Executive Officer
Katrin joined SCA (Qld) mid-2012 to support the strategic goal to deliver core membership services and support the Board in increasing the organisation and industry’s profile with government and stakeholders. Katrin has a Masters in Media and Communications with a minor in philosophy and law and has previously worked in public relations, communications and marketing in a number of not-for-profits. Her strata experience started with a consultancy role to SCA Ltd, supporting the CEO from 2007-2011.
Helen Anforth - Training, Events, & Sponsorship Coordinator
Training, Events, and Sponsorship Coordinator Helen Anforth joined SCA (Qld) in July 2017 to support the delivery of SCA CPD seminars and signature events across the State. Helen's expertise stems from more than 6 years in similar non-profit, charity and corporate roles where she has coordinated a range of initiatives from fundraising events, educational workshops and webinars. Helen's passionate nature will ensure SCA (Qld)'s successful education program will continue.
Chloe Van Rooyen - Junior Training and Events Assistant
Chloe van Rooyen joined the SCA (Qld) team after graduating University in late 2019 as the Junior Training and Events Assistant. After completing a Bachelor of Business (Marketing)/ Bachelor of International Hotel Tourism Management (Events) she was excited to enter the workforce in the strata industry. Chloe works closely with Helen, our Training, Events, & Sponsorship Coordinator to ensure that SCA (Qld)’s Events and Education continues to thrive.
Lisa Barnett - Finance Coordinator
Lisa Barnett joined the organisation as a part-time Finance Coordinator in April 2017 to support our growing organisation.
She is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy)/Bachelor of Laws degree from QUT. Lisa has over 15 years’ experience working in various high volume finance roles including recent experience in the not-for-profit sector.
Rowena Neal - Membership & Administration Coordinator
Rowena Neal has joined the SCA (Qld) team in 2019 as the part time Administration Assistant. Rowena has over 15 years’ experience working in varied Office Administration roles across different industries. Rowena has her Cert II & Cert III in Office Administration and brings her passion for helping others to our members and fellow SCA team. Rowena is excited to be back working in the Real Estate industry, having worked in Property Management many years ago. As our Membership and Administration Coordinator, Rowena is excited to be able to do what she does best, supporting others!
Stephanie Collins - Media & Communications Coordinator
Stephanie Collins joined the SCA (Qld) team in 2020 as the Media & Communications Coordinator. Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Communication in mid 2019 and jumped straight into the workforce in a Marketing role. Her experience has allowed her to explore various mediums in media, communications and marketing throughout her career. She is excited to put her skills to work at SCA (Qld).
